Taught to sew by her grandmother, Pamela Richardson has been selling her colorful tutus, bejeweled tiaras, fairy wings, flower crowns, wands, and other magical accessories at the BWE since 2006. Having relocated to Ohio from NYC, she continues to make imagination come to life for children in Brooklyn Heights and beyond. Pamela loves the “moments when I see a child’s eyes light up. Tutus just make children happy.”
